Precast retention basin
Underground rainwater storage and infiltration facilities for effective land use!
As urbanization progresses in river basins, the water retention and flood control functions that the basins previously had are declining, leading to an increase in rainwater runoff. The "Precast Retention Basin" establishes this rainwater runoff control facility (rainwater storage facility, rainwater storage and infiltration facility) underground, allowing the surface to be utilized for parks, sports fields, parking lots, and other multipurpose uses. 【Features】 - A half-precast structure with box or stand components that have openings in the side walls, and a top slab that is precast with an inverted cast-in-place element. - Standardized products with an internal height of 1.5 to 7.0 meters (in 0.5-meter increments). - When the upper part of the storage tank is a park or parking lot (with a load-bearing capacity of 10 kN/m²), the applicable soil cover range is 0 to 1.5 meters (up to 3.0 meters depending on size). - Complies with the "Technical Manual for Precast Underground Rainwater Storage Facilities" issued by the Japan Sewerage New Technology Promotion Organization (including seismic performance evaluation). *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
